Jayne Cohen has over 50 years of outdoor hospitality management, operations, marketing, development, acquisitions, and family business experience and serves as the founder and CEO of Campground Consulting Group LLC. CCGs collective knowledge and experience in park operations, expansion, development, marketing and operating family businesses assist clients in achieving their goals. Jayne’s vast industry experience starts with growing up in an entrepreneurial family and owning, operating, and redeveloping a large and very successful family camping resort in New Hampshire and then expanding from one park in New Hampshire to 12 camping resorts throughout the country.  This knowledge and 38 years of hands-on experience in development, operations, marketing and acquisitions are the foundation of her consulting endeavors which began in 2011. Alison Herman, CLCS, is an insurance agent for Leavitt Recreation & Hospitality Insurance. Alison was born and raised in rural southern Indiana. After nearly a decade of living in North Carolina, she has cultivated a unique career path that seamlessly blends her lifelong passions with her professional ambitions. From an early age, Alison exhibited enthusiasm for travel and an unwavering love for horses, interests that have shaped her life's journey. Today, Alison is proud to serve as a professional insurance agent, focusing on customizing insurance programs tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients. Garett McKinnon is the CRO of Campground Views, the largest and only video virtual tour platform serving the campground industry. Working with hundreds of campgrounds across North America, Garett helps park owners leverage technology, AI, digital marketing, and guest engagement strategies to increase visibility, strengthen guest loyalty, and drive more bookings. In addition to his work with Campground Views, Garett serves as Chair of the Care Camps Foundation Young Professionals Board, helping lead the next generation of outdoor hospitality professionals in supporting children with cancer and their families through the healing powers of the outdoors. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and events, Garett is passionate about helping campground operators build strong businesses, stronger communities, and lasting connections with their guests.

Emeka Nnadi headshot Emeka Nnadi is Nadi Group’s founder and CEO. Prior to starting Nadi Group, Emeka
practiced architecture, urban design and landscape architecture in Nigeria, the United States, and Canada. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Enugu State University of Technology, Nigeria, and earned a master’s degree in landscape architecture and urban design from the University of Manitoba, Canada. Emeka specializes in innovative, large
scale mixed-use solutions, and is sensitive to urban development issues, affordable/attainable housing, and the intersect of technology, human habitat, and climate change. Under Emeka’s leadership, Nadi Group has delivered over 1,750 projects across North America, garnishing multiple national and international design awards and publications in the process. Emeka teaches postgraduate design, sits on several volunteer boards, and is an active mentor and thought leader. A TEDx speaker and ‘global citizen’, Emeka provides direction across the firm’s Detroit, Toronto and Winnipeg offices. When not working, he enjoys time with his family, enjoys exercise and the outdoors. He is also an avid tenor saxophone hobbyist.

Nichole Poisson, Franchise Development Manager for Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA), has been an influential force in the outdoor hospitality industry for more than two decades. She began her industry career as an insurance professional, traveling across the U.S.  visiting with campground owners – both branded and independent - assessing their risk and consulting on how to best manage it. In her current position, she consults with independent campground owners interested in joining the 524-location KOA system in North America, the world’s largest system of family friendly campgrounds.Nichole received her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Maine. She holds the OHE designation through the Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC), a nationally recognized designation for outdoor hospitality industry professionals.  She also holds various professional certifications including charter property and casualty underwriter (CPCU), Accredited Advisor in insurance and an Associate’s Degree in Insurance.

Bobby Sorden is the Chief Marketing Officer at App My Community, bringing over 25 years of business experience to the role. He launched his first company, Sensational Sounds Professional DJ Services, in 1999—a successful business now run by his son. Bobby holds a Doctorate in Administration and spent 15 years as a marketing, business, and finance instructor, along with three years as an educational administrator. He has helped launch several successful startups and now focuses on growing App My Community, using his expertise in digital marketing and leadership to enhance guest and staff experiences in the outdoor hospitality industry.

Christine E. Taylor is a recognized leader in providing the outdoor hospitality industry with the full range of legal services necessary for the successful operation of their business, She is a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s nationwide Retail and Hospitality practice group. She represents self-insured and insured owner/operators of campgrounds and RV parks, franchisors and franchisees, owner/operator associations, as well as businesses in the rapidly growing area of high-end glamping in everything from acquiring and establishing the business, to developing employee and guest contracts, waivers and releases, resolving disputes, removing guests from a property, and defending clients faced with premises liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation and other claims. As such, Christine’s outdoor hospitality practice includes hospitality law, business law, employment and labor law, real estate law, litigation and not-for-profit law counsel. SEE COMPLETE BIO
