This is your opportunity to have YOUR legal and insurance questions answered face-to-face with experts CARVC’s legal hotline attorney, Christine Taylor ( Goldberg Segalla) and Alison Herman & Mike Jones of Leavitt Hospitality & Recreation Insurance.
This pre-conference session is designed around the questions that matter most to campground owners, managers, staff, and any campgrounds of any size! Whether your questions involve the new ejection bills in NC & SC, agreements to support those ejection bills, insurance coverage, employment issues, seasonal campers, risk management, contracts, emergency preparedness, or another legal or insurance concern, we want to hear from you.
Our goal is to make this your session—focused on practical solutions, expert guidance, and real answers to the challenges campground owners face every day. Come prepared to learn, ask questions, and leave with valuable insights you can put to work in your campground from experts in the legal and insurance industries.
Cost: $50.00 per person, and includes: Lunch, snacks and all-day session. WillowTree RV Resort & Campground tour. this fee is separate from the CARVC Conference registration. Conference registration is not required to attend the training session.

About the Presenters:
Christine E. Taylor is a recognized leader in providing the outdoor hospitality industry with the full range of legal services necessary for the successful operation of their business, She is a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s nationwide Retail and Hospitality practice group. She represents self-insured and insured owner/operators of campgrounds and RV parks, franchisors and franchisees, owner/operator associations, as well as businesses in the rapidly growing area of high-end glamping in everything from acquiring and establishing the business, to developing employee and guest contracts, waivers and releases, resolving disputes, removing guests from a property, and defending clients faced with premises liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation and other claims. Mike Jones is an insurance agent for Leavitt Recreation & Hospitality Insurance. He is part of a team providing insurance protection for campgrounds, RV parks, hunting preserves/lodges, guides & outfitters, mobile home parks and more.

WillowTree RV Resort & Campground is approximately 30 minutes from the host hotel. Arrive the night before and enjoy the CARVC Conference rates for the host hotel Embassy Suites.
