PirateLand was one of the first Myrtle Beach area campgrounds, opening in 1966, and continues to be among the best oceanfront camping options on the east coast. We offer lodging options for every family vacationer - Full hook up RV campsites, shaded campsites -great for tents, fully furnished vacation rentals, and yearly leased sites!  All with easy access to a beautiful beachfront along the Atlantic ocean.  If you need more than beach time, enjoy access to amenities and recreation activities for the whole family!  We are right in the middle of the 60 miles of sandy beaches that comprise the Grand Strand of South Carolina, a destination with hundreds of attractions, restaurants, events, and unmatched southern hospitality. Directions: From Hwy 501 North take a right on to Hwy 544 East (towards Surfside Beach) and follow it to the end. Take a left on to South Kings Hwy. Entrance to the park will be 1 mile on the right.
